The UKO dashboard shows vending machine statistics. My task was to improve the user experience of the old system. I began with usability tests, which revealed issues with navigation, labeling, and chart readability. I then designed a simpler user flow, clearer charts, and a modern, responsive layout so employees can easily use the dashboard on the go.
